Be A Superhero

Team LMS

Chris is the Director and Head Coach at Love My Sport. He oversees all coaching programmes and the running of LMS.

Chris has been coaching for 8 years, starting out as a Swim Coach and over time building on his expertise to include coaching in the areas of Running, Cycling, Triathlon, Multisport, and general Health and Fitness.

During his coaching career, Chris has spent time competing as a professional in Ironman Racing, 70.3 racing, Running, Cycling, and the occasional Multisport race. As an athlete and coach, he is no stranger to the professional start line and holds his own when up against the best.

Although Chris spends most of his time ensuring the LMS coaching programmes are run to the highest standard and that the LMS staff are well supported, he also takes on a select number of people each year in order to help them achieve their sporting aspirations.

Chris has a passion for helping people at all levels, evidenced in his dedication to each individual and group he has worked with. Whether it be group or individual training, Chris believes in a coaching approach that is based around your enjoyment and life balance in order to achieve whatever goal you have set yourself.
