Chris is the Director and Head Coach at Love My Sport. He oversees all coaching programmes and the running of LMS.
Chris has been coaching for 8 years, starting out as a Swim Coach and over time building on his expertise to include coaching in the areas of Running, Cycling, Triathlon, Multisport, and general Health and Fitness.
During his coaching career, Chris has spent time competing as a professional in Ironman Racing, 70.3 racing, Running, Cycling, and the occasional Multisport race. As an athlete and coach, he is no stranger to the professional start line and holds his own when up against the best.
Although Chris spends most of his time ensuring the LMS coaching programmes are run to the highest standard and that the LMS staff are well supported, he also takes on a select number of people each year in order to help them achieve their sporting aspirations.
Chris has a passion for helping people at all levels, evidenced in his dedication to each individual and group he has worked with. Whether it be group or individual training, Chris believes in a coaching approach that is based around your enjoyment and life balance in order to achieve whatever goal you have set yourself.
Tracy is the Head Swim Coach for Love My Sport. She manages all the swimming programmes and provides assistance to the coaching team when it coming to swimming.
Tracy is an Olympic level swimmer who competed at the 2016 Rio Olympics for the Cook Islands. Tracy began swimming at eight years old and at the late age of 19 decided she would pursue an Olympic career. Tracy has competed at an international level for the Cook Island National Swimming Team in the 2014 World Short Course Champs in Doha, 2015 World Long Course Champs in Russia and the Oceania Championships in Fiji 2016.
While competing Tracey has also developed her swim coaching to the highest level. She coaches 'learn to swim' of all ages right through to elite swimmers, and strength and conditioning in the gym.
Tracy has a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science from Massey University and is the head Coach at the Linton Swim Club.
Whether it be pool swimming, open water swimming or a strength and conditioning programme Tracey has the skills to get you to that next level. She believes in working hard for what you want and feels that anyone who wants to achieve and is willing to try, will accomplish great things.
Francis joined team LMS as the on call Physiotherapist. She qualified as an independent practitioner in 2010 and went on to complete a masters degree in clinical sport Physiotherapy in 2015 from the University of the Free State.
Although new to LMS Francis is no stranger to sport. She has been an active participant from a young age competing in middle distance on the track as well as cross country running and eventually progressed to multisport over the course of time.
For now Francis is embarking on a journey to become a specialist sport physiotherapist with a keen emphasis on triathlon.
Francis has a special interest in musculoskeletal therapy and has completed training in dry needling, orthopaedic manual therapy techniques as well as kinesio and dynamic strapping.
Libby is one of Love My Sports up and coming coaches. Working alongside our senior coaches Libby has been developing her skills and becoming a great coach for LMS.
Over the past two years Libby has been coaching Linton Swim Club, coaching learn to swim and moving up to the young competitive squad.
Libby has been competing in Triathlon since 2014 after being a competitive swimmer in both pool and open water for six years. In 2015 she was a part of the New Zealand age group team which competed at the world champs in Chicago
Libby has a diploma in Sport and Exercise Performance.
